2. The Period of Order and Delivery

our productions time are 40-90 days after receiving by T/T or Telegraphic Transfers. The loading port delivery is in Tanjung Mas Semarang, Indonesia, and delivery time of shipping are 30-60 days.

3. Price List

dont worry we accept price list can be USD, EUR, or Indonesia Rupiah (IDR), depending the buyer's request, and the prices are FOB Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia.

4. Freight and Shipping

shipping cost or transport cost not included in the price furniture, so the buyer is exposed to additional freight costs.
and the agent or agency or courier expedition is not dependent upon us, the buyer can select or bring your own courier delivery.

5. Quality Control

We provide a choice of quality control and we provide free service for checking the quality control, but you can bring your own quality control

LIMITED COMMERCIAL WARRANTY

INDAH JATI warrants to the original purchaser, that our furniture and its components are free of defects in material and workmanship. If you find a defect in material or workmanship, we will, at our option, repair or replace the defective component/s at no cost to you on your next order/shipment. No money will be refunded.

• This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as; unglued, cracks, and broken during shipment in the container.

• Complaints are accepted within 30 days after received date of goods.

• This warranty does not cover defects caused by; improper assembly, modification/s after purchase, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence, normal wear and tear which includes weathering

• This warranty also does not cover defects caused by shipment or processing delay at the port of entry. This warranty will expire approximately within 2 weeks at the port of entry/destination.

• All warranties are not transferable and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. In no event shall INDAH JATI be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
